[Tutorials | iPhone 2.1] How to install Thai Keyboard on your iPhone 2.1
สำหรับ iPhone user ทั้งหลาย คงทราบกันดีว่า Firmware 2.x.x สามารถใช้ Keyboard ของภาษาอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ใช่ภาษาอังกฤษได้ แต่กลับไม่มี Keyboard ภาษาไทยให้ใช้กัน อาจะเป็นเพราะ Steve Jobs หมั่นไส้ที่เห็น iPhone ของเขาหิ้วมาขายกันเกลื่อนที่ MBK บ้านเราหรือป่าวแฮะ อย่างไรก็ตามเราก็หาวิธีที่ให้เราสามารถใช้งาน Keyboard ไทยจนได้ โดย Application ดังกล่าวนี้ ก็มีให้โหลดทาง Cydia เหมือนกัน ซึ่งเราก็ต้อง add source ใน Cydia เพิ่มเติมอีกเช่นเคย
รู้สึกว่าล่าสุด มี Keyboard ไทย ให้โหลดกัน 2 version ใน Cydia อันแรกเป็น Keyboard Thai for 2.1 Beta3 ของ iAppDev.com (source: http://iappdev.com/i) และอันที่ 2 เป็น ThaiKeyboard fw 2.1 ของ Smart-Mobile.com (source: http://www.smart-mobile.com/cydia) จริงๆ ก็ยังไม่รู้เหมือนกันว่ามันต่างกันอย่างไร แต่ขอ Install ของ Smart-Mobile.com ดีกว่า

Instructions:
Step 1:
Add Smart-Mobile source ใน Cydia ก่อนเป็นอันดับแรก สำหรับผู้ที่ไม่เคย Add source ดูได้ที่ [iPhone 2.1.0] How to add new source for Cydia on your iPhone (Firmware 2.x)
Smart-Mobile Source: http://www.smart-mobile.com/cydia
Step 2:
เปิด Cydia บน Springboard
Step 3:
เลือก “Sections” tab บน tab bar ที่อยู่ด้านล่างของจอ
Step 4:
เลือก “Smart-Mobile (2.1)” ใน list
Step 5:
เลือก “ThaiKeyBoard” ใน Package list ของ iClarified source
Step 6:
กดปุ่ม “Install” ที่อยู่มุมบนขวาของจอ
Step 7:
กดปุ่ม “Confirm” ที่อยู่มุมบนขวามือของจอ เพื่อทำการติดตั้ง
Step 8:
เมื่อการติดตั้งเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ให้กดปุ่ม “Return to Cydia” ที่จะปรากฏอยู่ด้านล่างของจอ
Step 9:
กลับไปหน้า Home แล้วกดปุ่ม Setting เพื่อปรับค่าบางอย่างก่อนการใช้งาน Keyboard โดยเมื่อเราอยู่ที่หน้า Setting แล้วให้เลือก General
Step 10:
จากนั้นให้เลือก Keyboard
Step 11:
เลือก International Keyboards
Step 12:
หา menu “Russian” ให้ Turn on ไว้
Step 13:
จากนั้นออกจาก Setting ได้ เราก็ลองเล่น Keyboard โดยในที่นี้เราจะเข้าไปที่ Note เราจะเห็นว่า Keyboard ยังโชว์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ แต่จะมีปุ่มลูกโลกเพิ่มขึ้นมาบน Keyboard ปุ่มลูกโลกนี้ เป็นปุ่มเปลี่ยนภาษานั่นเอง
เพราะฉะนั้นถ้าเรากดปุ่มลูกโลก เราจะเห็นว่า Keyboard เราจะเปลี่ยนเป็น Keyboard Thai ดังรูปล่างสุด

I use Wall-E Theme. You can install this theme using Cydia.
